I bought the All City 12 Encore. I loved the fit and feel of the shoe, but as I wore it, the mid foot didn't seem like it would relax and all for optimal comfort. I was bummed since I loved everything else about it. When I reached out the support team was super helpful, in initiating a return and was willing to help me find an alternative shoe that may fit me better. I am super excited to continue to buy from Way of Wade not only do they make phenomenal shoes, they are also a helpful and trustworthy brand!
