wayofwade.comReviews of wayofwade.com

The merchant has a wide variety of selection of shoes, and recommendations for different sports. They have a lot of appealing styles and color variations. The technology on the shoes, such as the cushion and sole support help with particular sports. Customer service representatives provided great suggestions and feedback. Would purchase shoes from this merchant again.

Great offer online for shoes. The shoes do have great grip and cushion for sports, In my example volleyball. Customer service responds promptly. Many options to chose from as well, different styles and for multiple purposes.

Customer service was quick and helpful, even throughout the Chinese New Year. Would shop through Way of Wade again.

On the first day of February, I ordered an a pair of shoes from way of wade they arrived on February 14 without even wearing them. I tried them on and noticed it was tight. I reached out to see if I can exchange them from a 10 1/2 to an 11 then the ignorance began at first they requested pictures which I submitted six days later they replied, saying the pictures is not sufficient to retake pictures outside in the sun, so I did then seven days later a reply stating that they don’t have an exchange policy and she apologize for not replying because her grandfather died so the entire company shuts down because of a hot air balloon excuse she said that I can return them for a full refund at my own expense, which will cost me $60 to ship this shoes back to them and then in hope to get your refund by sending them over a dozen emails that they will never reply. Avoid this company at all cause go buy from goat or from a a store or online Nike something more reputable store because if your shoe doesn’t fit or doesn’t work for you in anyway whatsoever, you’re stuck with it cause customer service is absolutely zero and horrible. Anything to not give you your money back and by the way, she suggested to return the shoes only within 20 days of the purchase which we’ve been waiting 20 days for her to reply alone just swallow the loss and learn that they are deceiving companies in this world such as way of wade

The shoes are beautiful but we ordered the wrong size. The customer service team was prompt to respond.

I’ve been a customer since 2023, and Way of Wade has never disappointed. Their shoes are excellent in style, quality, and performance. I highly recommend them, especially for volleyball and basketball players.

On time delivery. Good custore service!!

This is honestly one of the best sportswear brands. I got the way of wade 808 5 ultra v2 christmas, and it not only looks awesome but feels awesome too. I’m not even joking when i say i got 9 compliments from 9 different people when i wore them to school because i had PE. It jumps high, has great traction and super comfy
