After realizing that I ordered the wrong size I emailed way of Wade about a I return. They replied within a day and I was able to return these shoes and buy new ones in the correct size. The correspondence was clear and polite.

Awesome customer service. I personally asked if I could get my shoes to arrive within 7 days and they were able to expedite it as fast as 6 days. I ordered from Feb 12 and was able to get it on the 18th before my anniversary for my girl.Great communication, solid service, and awesome quality shoes. I’m so thankful for them, my girl was so happy and loves the shoes. Ashley is the best service manager! She went above and beyond!!!

Shoes look great and feel good, opted to size down to 11 based on length measurements, but should have stayed true to my 11.5 size. No need to worry though as I'm able to return and replace.

Scarpe pessime. Sono durate solo una settimana le solette interne si sono sbriciolate. Scarpe da 110 Euro EDIT: È stato riconosciuto il problema e mi è hanno fatto un rimborso parziale. La scarpa in realtà è molto buona è un problema solo di soletta. Esperienza di acquisto nel complesso molto positiva.

It is great to have a responsive customer service and also having a great item, the one that i suggest is having picture of the shoes or items before going to ship to lessen some damage items
