I purchased way of city 14 orange shoes can’t even wear the left side especially pinky toe gets nasty blisters from the rubbing..

Customer service has always been great! In my orders with way of wade I have had to return twice because I picked the wrong size. Way of wade customer support has always made it a priority to fix the issue to the best of their ability, with quick responses and varying options.

Ni si quiera han llegado lleva 19 días que pedí los tenis y no llegan, no encuentro donde contactarlos y el mapa de rastreo de way of Wade me marca que ya están aquí pero en lugares que nada que ver, y no es cierto de acuerdo con otras páginas lleva 6 días en tránsito, osea que no a llegado si quiera a México. Y luego de lo poco que logro contactar me llega una llamada en inglés diciendo que escriba mi nombre, la orden, pero no me dan a dónde escribir.

Order some shoes but they were too small. Customer service helped me return them so I can re-order the correct size.

Bought Basketballshoes in March and they broke after moderate use in June. Customer service offered a 10€ discount, then 20€ and at last 30€, for a perfomance shoe worth 140€. European law demands a full refund or a new pair of shoes, so far Way of Wade tries to avoid that.
