The products are great. I love the way the 808s feel on my feet! Slightly oversized compared to other shoes I’m used to though. But I think that’s ideal to have enough movement so my toes don’t hit the front. It is frustrating that it seems like their shoes aren’t sold in many stores so if you’re in a crunch and want the shoes, you’re forced to order multiple and return the ones that don’t fit. Their return process is also unnecessarily friction-filled. The amount of pictures that need to be uploaded for a simple return is silly and made me have to unbox pairs of shoes that I didn’t even open because I had already determined the smaller size fit me best.

Thank you for your honest feedback! We're so glad you're loving the 808s and that the fit is working well for you. We totally hear you on the sizing and availability challenges — it's definitely something we're actively working to improve. We also appreciate your comments about the return process and will share that with our team to see where we can streamline things. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience!

My son loved those shoes but it seems like they ran a little big compared to his Curry shoes. So we requested a return and customer service has been friendly and responsive. We will be buying these shoes again in a smaller size! The shoes themselves are lightweight and seem to be of good quality!

I had a great experience with this company. The shoes are very comfortable, stylish, and made with high quality materials. The ordering process was easy, shipping was fast, and the customer service team was friendly and helpful. The shoes are very comfortable and the quality is great. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size, so they didn’t fit me as expected. That was my mistake, not the company’s. Overall, I’m happy with the shoes and would recommend them.
