WaykarReviews of waykar.com

I was so thrilled with my acquisition. It perfectly matched my vision, exceeding all expectations. The delivery was swift; it arrived promptly as promised. Absolutely delighted.

I recently purchased a 150pt. Waykar dehumidifier with Pump. My experience with customer support team was like a breath of fresh air. Not sure the last time I've had such a memorable experience with any customer support for any business in the last 5 years . Also BTW, the unit is doing its Job.

I bought the 150 pint product directly from Waykar. Customer service is excellent and machine was able to keep humidity at desired level. Very quiet - hardly noticeable in the background.

Bought one over a year ago and within 6 months it didn't work. The company sent me a new one and just last month I realized it was not removing humidity no matter what I did. Got in touch with the company and sent them all the info they required only to be told that they would credit me $85. I don't need a credit I need a unit that can last longer than 6 months. Very poor quality and very poor customer service. Keep away!!!

The dehumidifier is easy to use. The 2 options to drain the condensed water are great. It is very quiet and gets the humidity down very well in the basement. It seems that the energy efficiency is way better than my previous one. It was shipped immediately after my order and tracking was easy.
