Missing bowl attachment
Product was delivered but missing parts. Contacted customer support they were unprofessional and dismissive. After having to educate them on their own product they apologized and said a replacement part would be sent. I have yet to receive the part.

Terrible customer service
I didn’t receive half of my order (the half missing was a water pipe) and whomever I was emailing with responded like they didn’t even read any of my emails. I still haven’t gotten my water pipe (label was made on feb 24th) but finally on last Friday the person I emailed said they were going to send another one (but still didn’t answer any questions I asked) so I’m unsure how the product it’s self is. The ash catcher is very good but doesn’t work that well with my other water pipe.

I ordered 3 items and only 2 came. Its been since 24th of December and still haven't heard from wax maid or received my final item

I made a purchase over a week ago was instantly charged . Have yet to recieve any product or information on whereabouts . I don't even k iw weather or not the order has been processed I've contacted customer service 3x Supposed to get back to you in 12 hours it's been over a week.

I give it one star because I placed an order on 12/31/21 and it’s still say it’s being process and My credit card was charged. I emailed customer service to find out when it will be shipped and no one answered me back.

This site might as well be a scam
This site might as well be a scam. After multiple contacts I was told the issue would be taken care and my pipes would be on the way with tracking within the week, last week. I still haven't received my order. And I can't get a hold of someone to give me my money back. If it matters the order number is 5416

Horrible customer service!
I placed an order 4 weeks ago & I still haven’t received any sort of shipping confirmation. There website says 1-2 days however that is not accurate! Horrible customer service! I’ve tried to reach out multiple times and I still haven’t heard anything! Do not place an order!!
