Contacted them because I accidentally ordered the wrong color of the leash. They answered in a timely manner and were super polite and offered to exchange. Would highly recommend them just by that since customer service is a rare commodity today.

The quality of the products and the customer service is top notch. My husband thought i was crazy for spending so much on a vest but when he saw how quality it is and how perfect it fit...he wanted to buy more. My dog loves the balls and the muzzle is perfect for my nervouse pup. Will buy again 💯!!!

For my first time ordering from you it was a good experience...shipping was high..I needed a medium and I did change it but sometimes going back and forth the change doesn't stay..I can't use it, so I'm donating it and unfortunately can't buy another..
