it took forever to arrive, then checked on chewy and the price was 50% of what i paid. Also it doesnt glow unless charged by UV light and does not hold a glow for long at all.

Not yet arrived

Even given great products and satisfying quality of the dogs' collars I ordered, I was charged for delivery even though it says on their site that it was free above the certain order total amount (now there's a banner saying different, bigger, amount, still in the policy the amount was the one I had my order placed for). The delivery of the order did not start for a month, my emails were ignored, and the delivery started only when I raised my concern with PayPal. Also the price of the goods, written on the package were 10 times less than I actually paid for them (tax issues?).

I ordered the “Eco-Friendly Re-Cotton Leash For Dogs” size XXL for $22.95 (order was from Greece and was held up in customs 10 days where I had to pay an extra $16) and a couple of months later I received the same leash type but size XL that costs $17.95. So I did not get what I actually ordered and was cheated (by mistake i suppose) $5…

Slick marketing, very attractive collar with black background & colorful design, looks great but overall quality & function are sub-par. No what we expected from an "NASA"-logo product. XL nylon collar is adjustable but the snug fit loosens repeatedly every few minutes of walking/sniffing/gawking, allowing 'wiser' dogs to instantly wiggle the head & escape if they so choose. Mine did but then just stands there grinning at me (mockingly) which is great because I became aware of a major fault with the Waudog NASA collar. Had there been a racoon/rabbit/beaver, etc., doggie would have been gone. Now I check the fit before & often during walks as I await a sturdier collar with a reliable buckle & stronger material. The buckle itself does not engender confidence that it will remain locked. It's a non-traditional design (hook-like ends) instead of the traditional, solid, snap buckle that locks in with a confident click. Our previous collar lasted 20+ years, passed down 2 large dogs after our first sweetheart passed away. Also, not sure if there's an annual cost to the flimsy QR Code tag that comes attached. Overall a pretty collar but be careful, esp. with larger pets.

This jacket seems well made but is paper thin and will not keep our dog warm in any way. This was the most expensive jacket we’ve ever bought for her and unfortunately the most useless in terms of warmth. It’s a pretty colour but that’s really it. My first order was also lost so it took 2 months to receive it and now it’s too cold for her to even wear this one. Customer service was great however and did their best to send out a replacement ASAP.
