waudog.comReviews of waudog.com

Terrible quality. Bought the big sturdy leash and collar for my puppy Golden Retriever. It broke at the seem within two months. Company responds with ‘warranty only applies to hardware’. With the prices for these products, I expect more. I would certainly not recommend this brand for your dog because of poor quality.

bought on the 3rd of march after 21 days never received anything tried to get in touch twice , never replied. Paid 69,9 dollars for what?

Dear WauDog Customer support, I have still not received my order. Could you please check what happened?

Received multiple emails to review my purchase now. It has been 3 weeks and I my purchase still has not arrived. Cannot speak to the quality of the product yet, but shipping time is horrible. Also would rather not be pestered to review a product that I have not received yet. So far not impressed.

I ordered and paid for leashes on October 3rd. Since October 19th, it says my order has arrived in Ukraine, even though I live in Austria and provided my address correctly. I've sent two emails asking where the item is and how I want my money back, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response from wau dog . No item, no money back, and no response, very unpleasant.

My was order cancelled. No explanation, no nothing. Just money back and that's it...

Je sollicite votre aide, car après avoir récupéré le colis, je me rends compte que ce n'est pas le collier que j'ai commandé... Avez-vous une solution de retour ? Je vous ai laissé plusieurs mail, mais personne ne répond !
