This is due to the fault of the sender from Ukraine, because he did not provide all my information. Therefore, customs kept the package as suspicious and I had to provide a lot of information and pay a lot of money for the customs clearance process. I expect the product in the next week. Because of your shipping incompetence, I only incur additional costs and am really unhappy.

I ordered 2 retractable leashes. Within 1 minute I texted that I made a mistake and forgot to check the larger size - I gave them the length that I needed. I got a response the next day saying it was too late the order was ready to go out. When I finally got them, they were the extra small and not as long as you claimed. I decided to keep them and they are Ok however by the time I get back from my walks my hands hurt from trying to hold with all my fingers through the hole. Made for a smaller hand. As far as the flat leash, it could be heavier. The ones I have been using almost every day for 8 years have a thicker material and we’re just now beginning to fray. I hope these last as long! Make sure you take time to order the right things.

My package was not tracking and someone looked into it. They never responded but were quick.

Purchased the Glamour collar and leash set for my dog because it was advertised as flourecent, neon pink. It was not. I reached out to customer service and while they have been very kind and professional, no one will except a return/refund for the items I purchased that are still in its original packaging. Not particularly happy. Edit: After a little more communication, Waudog was willing to send a prepaid label and refund the purchase of the collar and leash. I am still out the $10 shipping to initially receive the item. Thanks

Product page doesn't show the product info well

The small was still too large for my dog, even when tightened as small as it could go... Wish they offered an extra small because the product is exactly as advertised and I wanted it to fit so bad!

I got the collar but it was a small when i ordered a medium. I sent it back and waiting for it to be sent to me

Definitely lower quality than expected. Still a working leash but not worth the price. The design to loop your hand through and keep it on your wrist is convenient, but dog owners should be aware of when they use the feature as they won’t be able to quickly retract the leash back.
