Great service and products in store at a competitive price compared to internet pricing.

Customer service is wonderful! Staff is so nice and friendly!! Love Louisville KY water and oak

We love this store!! Super helpful staff and knowledgable!!

The staff is always friendly and helpful with any questions I have.

Great customer care. They went beyond to ensure I got the right sizes and honored a discount from a previous purchase. Love the brands and quality.

Excellent customer service! Love the selection!

Staff is knowledgeable and customer service is very personable! I have found that if they don’t have it they can usually get it! The Manager has done an excellent job in training staff to be knowledgeable about the products and providing me choices, rather than pushing me to a specific product. The staff is always easily accessible but never hover. He has successfully created a relaxing, stress free shopping environment. I always feel like I’m hanging with friends talking about gear, except these friends are always willing to sell me gear also. Lol I highly recommend the Lexington Water + Oak! Top notch!

I have been very impressed with Water+Oak's wide selection of products, as well as quality of products, ease of searching on the website and their delivery of orders.
