The package came sooner than expected. Also, it was in excellent shape.

Water+Oak is amazing! I was able to find a jumper on sale and snagged it. They communicated instantly about the order being received and within hours I had a tracking number. I would recommend them to anyone!!! Their product selection and customer service is unparalleled.

Placed order with ease and received items quickly!

Very fast shipping and good selection!

I had an excellent experience with the customer service department. They were quick to answer my questions. The items I ordered shipped quickly and arrived as advertised. Great online experience.

Good Price, Super Fast Shipping! Very pleased.

Many companies offer goods and services but the promise of proving service or support often ends after the purchase. My experience with Water+Oak out door is that they do provide World Class support after the sale. Shopping for clothing is especially difficult due to the fact that we the consumers do not have the chance to try things on over the Web. So when an item arrives we try it on, if it does not meet our expectation, then we want to exchange or return it for a refund. There are companies that say, oh you tried it on, sorry no exchange or refund. This is not the case at Water+Oak, no hassles, no double talk, they just want the customer to be satisfied. My experience with Water+Oak was as the kids say "Easy Peas Eee". I will continue to buy from this company as they are true to their word,,That Customer Service continues long after the sale has been made. They have earened my trust as a customer, well done!

Received a snappy delivery, right on time, no issues at all 5/5
