The package was delivered on time, intact, and it looks to be a quality piece. Package was very nice as well as the watch that I ordered.

Really easy process to order. I ordered the wrong watch, so a little annoyed about the 10% restocking fee, but that's my own fault for not reading the fine print. Good selection of watches, so will probably order again in the future. This time, I'll make sure that I've ordered the right one!

Hey Kristin, Thank you for the positive review. We do indeed charge a restocking fee on items over $4,000 in value -- really the only reason for this is because we have to pay quite a bit of money and time to re-authenticate and ensure a watch is in perfect condition before it can be relisted, especially with more expensive watches. Our reputation is on the line if anything were to slip by us, so we have to be very careful in the event of returns. Unfortunately we've had to draw the line at $4,000 and up as a business to be able to continue to offer the best, most competitive pricing on our watches. With all that being said, please get in contact with us via phone or email -- if the restocking fee has not already been applied perhaps there is something we can do as a one-time courtesy.

Liked the service from WatchWarehouse, BUT...service from Fed Ex was HORRIBLE--DELIVERY DELAYED BY MORE THAN 24 HOURS, website unresponsive; updates on delivery inaccurate for over 30 hours--creating LOTS OF STRESS. Delivery person was apologetic --said, "We hear that all the time about the website." NONETHELESS, you alerted me it was sent De. 20; FedEx promised it by 10:30 12/23, then "before 8 p.m.; then tomorrow--12/24 by 10:30 a.m., then "before 8..." UGH--FREAKING NIGHTMARE.

Hello, Really sorry to hear you had some trouble with Fedex. They generally do a pretty good job but unfortuantely with all delivery services there are sometimes issues. Happy holidays and thank you for your business.

Great selection. Price was right with fast delivery. Who can ask for more? Will be purchasing again in the future. Update 1/9: Contacted customer service multiple times regarding a question on the casing of the new watch. Still have not heard back. Disappointed to say the least. Contacted on 12/25, 12/28 on website, emailed on 1/3. No response until this updated review.
