The company advertised free shipping. I had to return an item and they charged me shipping. I bought from them through Amazon. They are not an amazon prime seller. However they did advertise free shipping and said nothing about the return policy on check out. I was told the fee I paid was not return shipping but the cost of the initial shipping. The initial shipping that they told me was free. Deceptive business practices.
