I purchased a Michael Kors watch worth $120 through Amazon which I did not like and it came straight from Watchsavings.com. I returned the item to Amazon and now it’s lost somewhere. I contacted the company to show proof of delivery but because it’s a third-party seller Amazon states, although I provided a documented UPS investigation, proof, and the item was found. Not only did Amazon not issue a refund stating the package was not processed, but this company wouldn’t help who knows who lost it neither Amazon, nor this third-party seller follows their own refund policies do not buy anything from this seller nothing is real and come to find out you get what you pay for!

Ordered Jo Malone perfume from Amazon and it wasn't even close too the scent I expected from the actual product I got before from a legit place. Stay away and don't ever order anything from them!

Ordered a Tissot watch where the seller claimed it was authentic. Before I even opened it the box, I knew it was a knockoff. I paid over 300$ for this watch and a buddy of mine, who is a certified jewelry dealer, verified my suspicions. STAY AWAY FROM WATCHSAVINGS. COMPLETE FRAUD OF A COMPANY!!!

These company is in a scam they are a bullshimierdafull load it I hope everybody’s reading this because they are mierda like I said before plain and simple scammers I’m not giving any lower radian because it’s nothing in the website to compare with , If on me Was the power They will get minus hundred billions

Purchased for $170, a men's Seiko watch and received it on July 1. On August 12, the stem fell out of the watch unexpectedly. We took it to a local Seiko dealer to see if repairs could be made. They quoted $270 to replace the stem and inner workings. They advised me to contact the seller, Watchsavings.com through Amazon. Unfortunately, they do not stand behind their product. They will honor a warranty if keeping time is the issue but will not warranty it for defective craftsmanship. Don't waste your time or money with these people.

purchased a Tag Huer through amazon, after 6 days, the watch took on water, not for sure why, i called the next day, said no problem, i sent the watch back, it would be repaired, 3 weeks later, still no response, finally i talked to the supervisor, she said, and i quote, that i switched the movement out and the watch was a fake now, and remember, i bought it from them! Not only will they not repair the watch, but will not send it back either, so they sold me a bad watch, which they are keeping, and still have my money! Insanity

RUN AWAY! SCAM COMPANY!! I ordered a Versace watch that did not keep accurate time, I don't think it was real. I reached out via email and was told to send the watch in, I paid the money to ship it to them. I heard nothing and when I reached out after 2 weeks Ella A. in customer service said that the watch isn't under warranty and there is nothing they will do for me. I was then told they were shipping the watch back to me, they didn't. After an exchange of 3 more pointless emails, I was given a phone number and told "I doubt they will even take your call" (great customer service) by the customer service person Ella A. Ella A. then gave me a number (800) 833-9933 a bogus number that got me to Colonial Penn. I now have no watch and no refund either. So Illegal. Now I have to file a claim with the BBB. TOTALY FRADULENT COMPANY!! RUN!!
