Received a different sunglasses model, not the one i ordered for 140 $...And even the wrong model was damaged! One of the lense was out of the frame... Now with the help of Amazon, trying to get refund.

I ordered a $218.00 belt for my husband for Christmas. It was sent regular mail and took forever to receive. I received the belt 12/24/20. Right after that I got Covid and moved. I explained this to a manager and was told last week I would receive an email with directions on how to return it. Email never came, and yes I watched my spam box. I need to return the belt for a smaller size and they will not allow it. I ordered it during the holiday and a pandemic. Customer service told me to sell it on Ebay. There is a reason the ratings are bad on this company. I wish I would have read them. If I can afford $220 on a belt, imagine what I could have spent with this company.....what bad business.

I ordered 3 watches in the last 2 years from Watchsavings via Amazon.com and I always received them in time or even earlier. The watches are original and brand new. I'll order again from them. Thanks

I ordered a Versace ladies watch for $434.50. What I ordered was completely different than what I received. A huge ugly man's watch. I have tried numerous times to call and was put on hold and then they disconnected me. All I want to do is return the watch and get my money back. I have sent messages to them on their website and again received no response. I have been trying for over two weeks. I guess I will have to wait for my bill and fight it out with Amazon. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Watch Savings is a total scam.

The seller is a fraud and does not sell the items they advertise. I purchased sunglasses from Watch Savings via Amazon, they sent me completely different sunglasses, barely was able to return them and received a partial refund after a week and only when Amazon stepped because I opened a claim against them. Still, they refused to refund the shipping costs, even though they sent me completely different sunglasses and am not the only person as other reviews state the same.

Terrible customer service. They received my item I was returned in exchange for a diff one. Then did not refund or exchange. When asked to talk to a supervisor the customer service representative hung up!!! I lost $200. Scammers & fraudulent people. I would not trust them for high end products like this.

Ordered perfume for Christmas. It was Jean Paul Gaultier. Comes packaged in a can and was not opened until sometime after Christmas. Body sellers own admission with a picture of what I ordered compared to what I received it was not the same. After much conversation and pictures being sent to them they declined to do anyting because they said it was over 30 days. I find this to be completely unacceptable and this company to be completely untrustworthy. I would not recommend that anyone buy something from them.
