Bought a timex from these clowns in Amazon and it lost 10 minutes in the first week. I had to pay to ship it back, they kept it for a month and supposedly fixed it. Guess what, still doesn't keep time and they won't issue a refund. Avoid these thieves.

I ordered a bottle of Tom Ford Noir for Men from Watchsavings (140 58th Street, Brooklyn) through Amazon as a Christmas gift. When it arrived, it had not been properly packed (one thin layer of bubble wrap around the bottle) and the spray nozzle was broken. The packaging material and box were soaked and half the contents spilled. I asked for a refund several times, both in writing and by telephone. Representatives of Watchstore claimed it was Amazon's fault and refused a refund, but kept asking me to return the product. I'm supposed to pack up a leaking bottle of cologne and return it? I sent pictures of the soaked box and the half empty bottle. They claim they did not receive them and told me I should take it all up with Amazon. Despite this store's "30-day money back guarantee on every item," they are shysters. There is no authentic money-back guarantee - just dodging and refusal to make good. Amazon is remiss in allowing an organization with multiple complaints against it to continue selling on its platform. They should be barred from fleecing people on Amazon.

I ordered a Victornox Dive Pro automatic blue dial watch from Amazon. It said it was shipping from WATCHSAVINGS which turns out to be Jomashop. Amazon said delivery date January 8,2026. It was shipped UPS with signature required and they tried to deliver it 01/03/2026 but I was out of town until the 01/05. So on 01/06 I stayed home all day to wait on the order then UPS loaded it on the truck so it was delayed several more hours. I was so irratated by the whole shipping thing I did not want the watch any more.

They are a scam. Sold us a Timex and the plastic face fell off on day 1.

Bought a pair of glasses frames from them as a back up for my frames which I loved. Did not get around to opening the box until today and what I found in there was someone else's used glasses in a different style with their prescription in the glasses. Not a trustworthy seller at all. Too much time has passed so I won't be able to get my money back. But I wanted to share so this does not happen to anyone else.

DO NOT BUY THROUGH WATCHSAVINGS. I bought a Casio watch in December 2024, returned it and have not received my money back. Watchsavings says they manually refunded the money and Amazon says it's a scam. I lost over $200 and Watchsavings kept the watch.

I bought a Longines watch from watchsavings on Amazon. Longines has a policy of 5 year warranty. After 1.5 year from the day I purchased it. On Jan 9th 2025 around 10:00 am Central Time, I called the number Amazon provided me. Surprisingly, the phone rang to Jomashop. However, they denied that they are Watchsavings after I gave them the order number, then their customer service asked me to contact Amazon for warranty, and then hung up on me. Note: My watch lost its accuracy and has to pay more than $300 to get service. Be careful on warranty issues when you buy watches from Watchsavings and Jomashop.
