cant log in day 4 no service no one will fix it or get back with me ?

Lack of functionality and anyone from support to respond to messages sent! The program works for 20-30 minutes then video and audio begin to slow down and just fail with a error! I tried to send a screen shot, but that does not work either... Why would I pay for something that only works half of the time! Why do I have to Login every 40 minutes to be able to watch the news? It started the first day of my free trail and I sent messages, tried to cancel it and was billed anyway!

I recently subscribed to WatchNews.pro but had a small problem requiring help from customer support. So I emailed them expecting the usual long wait for a reply. Much to my surprise I heard back in a matter of minutes! Over the next couple of hours I corresponded with them several times getting quick replies. Not only that but they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. In a time where human contact is rare these people have renewed my trust that there are people who really care about their customers satisfaction.

The services are often unavailable. The wheel of death spins. I plan to unsubscribe.

The broadcast is 2-3 minutes behind real time, i.e., the clock on the screen is lagging. Other than that, the stream is adequate. The price is what I've been waiting for. On the other hand, MSNOW appears to be very flaky and gets stuck at 13%. UPDATE: 8/15/2026 They updated the app last night and things appear to have improved on the Roku stick. I am no longer asked to login every time I use the Roku app. The PC also appears to work fine in Chrome. However, the IPhone (11, ios 26.6) app now appears to cycle constantly -- it streams for a few seconds, then refreshes, which mutes the audio. The update seems to have traded one problem for another, so I did not change my 3-star rating.

OK but the “feed” for MSNOW has a continuous issue they cannot seem to correct or don’t wish to correct. But, you get what you pay for!

The paid service is not much better than the free one. It’s rare that the screen is as it should be. It’s either cropped out or zoomed WAY in. The quality of the video can be terrible, and often the sound and the video are out of sync. And then suddenly for no apparent reason it cuts out. I only subscribe to this terrible website because in Canada I can’t subscribe to the networks themselves and I have no other choice. They have been promising an Apple TV app for years….i can’t make it work without an HDMI cable

I’ve been a customer from Canada for years. I mainly have service to access msnow and other American channels. I love it when I have a good day but usually there r glitches screen blacks out sound gets wobbly screen becomes tiny. From some reviews I’ve gathered service to Canada is filled with these issues so haven’t really complained about it however would love an improved service.
