We've been with them for a year. Usually their customer service is quick. And most of all the rate is way better than any one else!

WatchNewsPro is a top reliable subscription service at an affordable monthly rate. The only thing I wish could be improved on is the rewind function to watch the last 6 hours. It's not always working as it's supposed to. For example, you can be watching something 2 hrs ago and suddenly the recording jumps all the way back to 6 hours ago. The reloading and finding where you were can be frustrating, particularly when this glitch repeats itself. Otherwise it is great! The last time this occurred was last MON 12 October. It usually occurs twice a week on 2 separate days. When it happens it happens repeatedly during that day. Sometimes there is something like a reset and all 6 hours rewind are lost. Afterwards it recovers for a few days until it happens again. I hope this helps to locate and remedy the problem. Thank you.

I no longer have a television and so get my news online. I enjoy watching CNN, MSNow and other stations on Watchnewspro. It’s a great service. I’m in Canada and the signal drops a lot, but seems to come right back. Reliable and great variety. Thanks watchnewspro!

It is good that I can watch on different devices and it is mobile.

I am generally happy with the service, the odd time I've had trouble with the picture and sound not being synchronized. Customer service usually fixes that when I contact them.

Has steadily improved throughout the years. Worth recommending.

We've been with WatchNewsPro for over 2 years. It's a good option for anyone who has cut cable and it can be accessed several way from apps to browsers. The price is very reasonable. The phone app is the only place to watch video of earlier shows. Other watch options are live view only. There are occasional glitches when nothing seems to work for a short period of time but overall we are getting our money's worth.

I am happy to be able to access The Weather Channel through the paid subscription since I am in Canada and the channel in unavailable on regular TV. That being said it is the only channel I watch, so it makes it a little expensive. I wish thay had more channels. The other issue is that when I watch on my PC at home, the image breaks constantly making it a little annoying to watch. That being said on my Apple products, no issue there. Can't figure out why. The Weather Channel is a must for me given I have a secondary residence in Fort Myers, Fl.
