I have a one year subscription to try this service but I have had nothing but problems from the start. I write to customer support and they write back but ask the same questions over and over and never solve the problem. I definitely would NOT recommend this service. Save your money and get something that works.

The customer service is basically non existent. You can only contact them through email and when you do chances are it’s weeks before you hear back, if you even do. There was a couple of times I did get a response after several days, but that was far & few in between. We had so much trouble with the programming pausing, going off, and going to an error screen. There were times where I had to restart every few minutes. It was very frustrating. It became a daily problem…actually several times a day. When I contacted them they were no help. They wanted me to access it on a different device (once they finally responded). I wanted to watch on my tv not another device. Finally decided to change to another streaming device. Much happier.

I subscribed to this platform when they charged 19 euros per month. There were almost daily problems -- no sound, no picture, gaps in broadcast, etc. -- absolutely terrible and a waste of money. I wrote to the company but they never responded so I used the free stream version which was as bad as the paid service. Free streaming was recently terminated so I tried the 5 euro per month version, again with frequent broadcast issues of all types. I feel like I am a hostage because there is no other option for viewing in France. If I had a choice I would never subscribe to this platform.

Stay Away! There is no "simply click to cancel" option. You have to correspond with them to get any progress, and I am still waiting. The service works, but you still get TV ads as part of the stream. Not an efficient way to get the news!

"Hello, I am a paying subscriber. My Fox News live stream is constantly skipping and freezing. I have already tried on both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, clearing the cache and disabling hardware acceleration on both browsers, but the issue persists. It is clearly a server-side problem. Please check my profile or fix the stream feed. Thank you."
