Great price, quick shipping and excellent communication! I think this is my first purchase from Watchman but will not be my last.

On Nov 14 2023 I ordered a Michelle watch model number MWW06G000001. Watch arrived on time but the watch had a different model number. They sent me a Michele MW06G01A1018. I called them and they said it was the same watch and if I don't want it return it. I told them I don't want to return it I want the watch I ordered,with was on their web site for $700 more. I called Michele and I was told it was the same watch but it sold with out the band. I don't know if it's a real Michele band, there a lot of knock off's on the market. I emailed them with the information I got from Michele and got the same response , send it back. I told them I will not return it unless I get the one I ordered. NO response from them yet.

A beautiful New Tag Heuer Formula 1 arrived today earlier than expected. Price was less than many other watch companies for the same new Tag and often only a little more than some were offering as Pre-owned! Now I know I can buy with confidence and already looking to getting a Breitling from WatchMaxx.

Bought a brand new watch. It arrived and was not working. I sent an email to customer service - no response. I then called customer service and was given a return label to ship the watch back to allow them to check the watch. Then a week later, I called and was told they needed more time to check the watch. I was told I would receive an email later that day - no feedback. I called the next day and was told I would be called and emailed within 3 hours. No response. I called back again and was told the current rep has no notes on what any of the previous customer reps have said. Essentially no feedback was documented and the feedback from one rep to another was inconsistent. Customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful. The business is not run well and operations is not efficient. Internal systems seem to not allow for internal communication. Ultimately asked for a refund even though I wanted the watch due to the incompetence.

I've had nothing but the best experiences dealing with WatchMaxx. From memory, this is my 5th watch purchase, from Breitlings to Tags, and everything has always been stellar. Great prices, easy to communicate with, and I've never had a single issue. Highly recommended.
