WatchMaxx.comReviews of watchmaxx.com

Fast delivery and everything was as promised.

Good price and quick delivery. Odd to open the package and see a CANNOT BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES band wrapped around the watch. Not sure what that's all about, but odd it wasn't disclosed upfront prior to purchase.

Very fast shipping. Item purchased was exactly as described and simply perfect. Highly recommend.

I was really looking to buy a watch for a while and came across WatchMaxx, this watch was over 9k, so I really looked into every review, they were some negatives, but I took the risk and went ahead. The overall experience was beyond of what I was expecting, and Mark g help me out through the experience. I'm leaving this review to help people like me who was hesitant to buy a watch from this store at least in my experience, everything was great and beyond expectation. Thank you so much!

I got my watch in a timely manner. Good prices. A last minute change on my part and watchmaxx handled it great.

You guys are amazing when it comes to product quality, fast shipping and customer service. I truly appreciate you and your service. Great watch and very fast shipping. Than you!!

Be prepared for unexpected charges ! I won’t be buying again from here. I bought my watch and the invoice included ‘shipping and insurance’. However, when the watch turned up, I was told to pay an additional £87.87 import VAT and brokerage charges. As I was not expecting this, I went back to check the email and saw at the bottom of the email the following information; Prices billed by WatchMaxx.com for goods shipped outside the USA do not include any taxes, duties, VAT or other charges due to the recipient's local or national government authority. WatchMaxx.com charges only for the product and shipping fees. All other charges, duties, and taxes (including VAT) are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This was not included in the purchase information – only when you order and pay for the watch. I considered sending it back, but the email also stated the following; In the event of delivery refusal, the purchaser is responsible for any duties and shipping charges that are incurred to return the product to WatchMaxx.com. So not only did I have to pay extra to get the watch delivered, but if I sent it back, I would have to pay again. Needless to say any money I thought I saved by buying from WatchMaxx was lost in these additional charges and I wont be buying from them again. On a positive note I do like the watch !

Excellent Store, High Quality Items. Thank. Jesus.
