The band on my new Omega fell apart within 3 months of light use. Watchmax did nothing to help.

I ordered a watch for my partners milestone birthday. I purchased over a month in advance to allow ample time. UPS tracking information showed that my item was stuck at the boarder and was awaiting taxes and fees to be paid? I was not contacted, seller did not pay, item was sent back to seller WatchMaxx. Seller was completely uncooperative and customer care was rude. No solutions were presented to me. I reported a claim with PayPal and UPS. DO NOT BUY from this seller. Disgusting experience.

The Omega Watch was as described and shipping/delivery was on time. The process with WatchMaxx was a good Experience .

They delivered as promised. Was very happy with the price and timely delivery.

Initially there were some glitches with their website verification system that forced me to place the order several times ( which was a little frustrating) but ultimately I got an email from Ben who made sure everything was promptly straightened out. The watch was timely shipped and delivered, and it is absolutely STUNNING!! The perfect gift for my son’s birthday. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
