Trusted seller and very easy to buy from big varieties

Was looking for several weeks for this particular Victorinox watch as it was sold out at the manufacturer as well as many online retailers. WatchMaxx had it in stock at the best price I had seen. Received my watch in 1 day which I thought was unbelievable!!! I received a genuine, brand new watch in all original packaging at a really good price. Could not have been happier with my purchase.

They are a really shady 3rd party with the worst customer service and business hours ever. They ONLY work Mon-Fri 9-5pm -- lol . And they dont send you confirmation emails. When you ask them, they deflect and make it seem like its your problem. I spent 2 k and after dealing with their BS for 24 hours, cancelled my order. They dont even STOCK the items they sell!!1

Bought a watch on Watchmaxx. Watch arrived, but it was in a square watch box, not in the original rectangular watch box nor did it include the leather water roll or leather wallet that should’ve come with it. Disappointed, especially considering their website advertises all watches come in“original manufacturer’s packaging”. Emailed them pictures and asked for a return shipping label and refund, as it is not as described and missing critical product components. No reply, so I called. The rep answering my call had a terrible attitude and told me I would not only pay for the return shipping myself but also incur a 3% PayPal return fee, even though it is entirely their fault. He then said he would have to end this call. So, I was left with no choice but to open a PayPal claim against them, uploading all relevant pictures and supporting evidence. A few hours later, lo and behold, received email from them saying they would now provide a return shipping label and a full refund with no PayPal fee. I sent it back, it was delivered to them next day, and it took them another 2 days to refund me and close the PayPal claim. They have lost a customer with their hostile customer service (sans the person who emailed me the return shipping label and communicated with mutual respect). I give them 2 stars instead of 1, as they did eventually refund me. Buyer beware!

I love the website, it is so easy to use and find the watch that you want. Ordering is fast and easy. And the product is delivered quickly and in perfect condition.

Great watch at a fair price, super fast shipping, watch looked in even better condition when it arrived than it did in the pictures! Will be my first go-to for my next watch purchase.

Several departments knew about the delivery issue. It therefore helped when i called about its process. And they are friendly + helpfull.
