unorganized
I ordered 2 different sizes of tongs and 2 of the same showed up. I'm a chef and wanted variety.

Robert Thanks for taking the time to complete our survey. We show that you placed an order on our website for 2 each of item 273114 which is a 12" heavy duty tong. Did you place another order for a different tong? I don't see 2 different tongs on this order. If Wasserstrom made a mistake with your order we are more than happy to correct it. Couldn't Deliver
These folks quoted me a price on some items, accepted the order, then after a week said they couldn't get the quantity I ordered. They could only get 36 of the items, not the dozen I wanted and ordered. Very disappointing.

It took me a month to receive a product that Sears got to me in 2 days.
Overall bad experience. It took a month to get some plastic caps. There was no communication about my order, it came in 2 shipments, 2 weeks apart. If I could rate them a 0 I would've choosen that!!!

No support
I purchased a dial soap dispenser and 12 refills. However it turned out that the soap dispenser was manual, not hands free. Attempts to contact the company failed. I have almost $200 worth of useless product.

Slow
Ordered a coffee pot lid for swim team and assumed it would get here quickly. There were no tracking opportunities and I ordered it on 6/22 and it arrived on 7/15. I called after 10 days and the lady on the phone could care less, said lid comes from a different company and it's not in warehouse. When it gets there she would be happy to charge me $48 for overnight an $8 coffee pot lid. No thank you. Running concessions, we ordered Panera coffee for the meet that cost us $40 because we could not use coffee pot. Not pleased with service.

Some of the products in our online catalog come from the manufacturer and we do our best to communicate the amount of time it will take to arrive at our distribution centers and ship. Based on the delivery times on our website, your order should have shipped on 7/7/14 but actually shipped on 7/10/14.
