Wasserstrom has a great inventory, however they make you pay dearly for it. Some things are competitive, but most are not. Even with the free freight over $500, you can still get better deals on other websites. Their customer service and in-stock merchandise is good.

When I placed my order, it was out of stock..I dealt with Megan Hill, who I will say was very, kind,courteous...She went out of her way to find out when it would be back in stock...We kept in touch through the process until I received my order..Because of that reason, I will definitely be doing more business with you in the future..It's nice to see that there are still companies left where people are courteous and actually know what they're doing...It's been a pleasure!!

I was unable to get non-taxable info from the web site, but when I got it by phone during business hours, they were able to refund the sales tax.
