it was okay
My order was processed fast and shipped quickly, how ever when it arrived at our facility it was damaged (probably in transit). Other than it arriving broken (which was fixable) everything else was smooth and seemless.

Back Ordered 2/3 of order
Ordered 3 little springs and received 1 rather quickly, still waiting on other 2. Received email that they were shipped. Waiting patiently.

Everything great but the price of shipping
Got the hard-to-find part I needed and the price was great. Shipped on time. But I hate having to pay more for shipping than the actual item. Ugh.

I have previously been very satisfied with my orders, however this time was different.
I ordered a Dutch Oven as a gift. The rest of the order came in fine but the kettle was missing and the lid came in bent at the rim. I called customer service. They were prompt and polite and my package arrived in just a few days but the kettle appeared to have been used. The finish on the outside was thin and spotty and the inside of the pot was scuffed. I am disgusted and have purchased a different Dutch oven elsewhere.

I was so dissapointed in the fryer I purchased!!
Oh my goodness, this is the hardest fryer to clean I have ever owned. I will never buy another like this. I am actually going to contact the company and find out if I am doing something wrong. IT is almost impossible to clean this thing. Never Again!!

No Customer service
I placed a $1,200 dollar order three weeks ago and haven't received all the parts yet. This is a problem because they are for a fixture we are building for a new client so it makes us look bad. When I sent an email from the website nobody got back to me. Luckily other companies sell this product so I don't have to work with Wasserstrom any longer. Edit: As soon as I wrote this review the problem was resolved.

i nneded a bottle with a lid
I am disabled. I have a feeding tube that I consume all my intakes. All my intakes are liquid, I wanted to prepare my fluid meals before the day. That is why I ordered three of them because I have three meals a day. Right now, all three bottles are siitng idle on my counter. I do not use them because I have to seal my meal because it goes right into my stomach.

This bottle does not come with a lid and is listed and pictured that way on our site. The lid is listed as a companion item and needs to be purchased separately. Received goods with jug open and half missing
Probably shippers fault, But one jug of sea powder was open and half was missing,

Anytime you receive damaged product, Wasserstrom will issue credit to your order or replace it at no charge. You just need to contact our customer service team and they will be more than happy to help. We show you ordered one case of item 618500, sea powder, which has 4 jugs to the case. We have issued credit for one jug which you should see on your credit card statement in a couple of days.
