Poor delivery
Where you say 4 to 5 days delivery...it took almost 10. Never again.

Lousy Service
I ordered some deli trays that I needed to fill my Thanksgiving cookie orders. I ordered them on 11/14/14. I tried to track my order but was unable to. I called Wasserstrom and got no answer (it was a weekend). I sent an e-mail and got no answer. I finally got in touch with someone there on 12/1/14 and asked about my order. I was told it was lost in shipment. Couldn't someone have contacted me and told me that so I could have either reordered or cancelled the order. Instead, I had to run around town at the last minute looking for the trays I needed. I don't plan to order from Wasserstrom again.

We apologize that the product you ordered did not arrive on time and for any inconvenience we may have caused. We do our best to ship the products so they arrive in a timely manner. Unfortunately we are not notified by the carriers that they have lost one of our shipments and this makes it impossible to notify our customer. disappointed with chattered dish delivery
Ordered 12 dishes dishes for close to $400.00 and they were delivered cracked and shattered. It took at over a week to get follow up with several calls and e mails. The dishes were wrapped in plastic and did not appear to have any protection between plates. Dishes still in box and if I try to pick them out of box all I hear is crunch crunch. I was told they would get back to me and they did not. Felt like i was being avoided until one person seemed to listen to me. I took pictures as requested and emailed to company. Said I would get refunded within 4-5 days. It is now over a week and I have not heard from them or seen a credit to my credit card.

Product OK, but shipping sucked.
The cake boxes were shipped in flimsy plastic wrap which was torn in transit. Several boxes were damaged.

Worst transaction ever !!
What DIDN'T go wrong with this purchase?? Misleading description item, thought I was buying degreaser in spray bottles...turned out the bottles were empty.!! Took six weeks to get delivery because they left of the Suite number of my building. After several weeks and several emails, I sent the shipping info again and the STILL left off the suite number. The shipper said they'd called me and got no response, but there was never a message left on my voice mail, and I am a one-man office and NO ONE but me answers or checks messages, so I know they didn't call, and I hate being lied to. I would NEVER order anything from this company again, even if my life depended on it...!!

We do our best to ship the correct product in the length of time indicated on our site. The title of the product did say it was a bottle for a degreaser and we have taken your feedback to have it changed so it is not misleading. We looked at the data of your order and the suite number was not included on the original order. Once we received your call, it was added to the replacement order. We are not sure why the carrier couldn’t delivery it and apologize for that. We were able to send a third order that did arrive. Again we apologize for all of this and will be issuing credit for the entire order. You should see this credit on the credit card statement in the next couple of days. not a fan ...
ordered 15 plastic bottles to be delivered ... only 9 actually were shipped ... no explanation for deficiency ... so, i had to call to find out issue ... told 6 were back-ordered ... remaining 6 still not received ... and never an email or any contact giving me a status update ... nicely done ... as if.

Some of the products in our online catalog come from the manufacturer and we do our best to communicate the amount of time it will take to arrive at our distribution centers and ship. We also indicate how many are going to ship and back-order on the order review and order confirmation pages during the checkout process online. I do show the remaining 6 bottles are shipping today 9/9/14 so you should have them in a couple of days. We are sorry if this has caused any inconvenience and let us know if there is anything else we can do.

Wasserstrom does not care - order took many weeks
Wasserstrom order took many weeks. I had to call them to check on order status. When I spoke to representative they acted like I was bothering them and that a turn-around time of a month and a half on a small order should be expected (which is unprofessional). This order was for iced tea pitchers for the summer season. We would have considered ordering more pitchers but with the order taking so long the summer season would be over by the time we received them. We will not be ordering from this company again due to the poor attitude of their customer service representatives and long turn around time of orders.
