I'm extremely pleased with my experience ordering items from Wasserstrom. I was able to order a dozen forks and spoons without having to buy whole sets of silverware, and the price was better than any other site I could find. I also ordered a couple of other items, and although they came in separate deliveries, they were delivered very quickly. I would definitely order from this company again.

These were a birthday gift and she loves them. She says she will be ordering more things from Wasserstrom. I appreciate that the ordering and shipment to another address were uncomplicated and the gift arrived on time.

This was my first time purchasing an item thru Wasserstrom. I have received my package, and everything looks great! No hickups during this entire process. Will definitely order in the future!
Happy Customer, S.
Our household forks had almost all disappeared; we were down to four. I searched for our silverware pattern on Replacement.com and EBay, and found them for $10 each. I found Wasserstrom, and found high quality similar forks for $30 for a dozen! Instead of paying $120 for a dozen forks, I got two dozen for half the cost, a 75% savings! The forks arrived within the week, were individually wrapped, and fit perfectly with our original pattern. The site was easy to use and the checkout a breeze. Thanks, Wasserstrom, our silverware drawer is restored!

Received everything I ordered at the best price I could find. Did take a little while to get it though. Had to ship from different places.
