I started following Warrior babe and Nikkiey Stott since 2020. I have nothing but good things to say. Between all the videos, zoom meeting, emails, podcasts, and lovely ladies giving feedback and answering questions on the Facebook group, I can FINALLY say I understand macros, how to train, and my body in general. Everything I have learned will be tools I will use for the rest of my life and I am truly enjoying the journey!

The WB method works
The WB method works, but you have to be consistent. I have never been able to lose weight and tone my body with any other program - the numbers just work!! Grateful for the support and great community of women on the same journey!!

Absolute scam
Absolute scam! The video says if you aren’t happy just email and we will refund you no questions asked. Well, it’s be 5 min since my purchase and I am furious! What a scam!!!!! Schedule a call? Heck no!!! Upgrade to this, buy that, but wait if you buy this too you can lose even more….scam scam scam! And immediately I got hit with so many emails in my inbox. Then the texts started. I thought I was getting a nutrition program but you can't get past all the buy more, buy more and schedule a call first to even find out what you bought. Emailed customer service, they completely ignored the fact I asked for a refund and are saying they'll just help me figure out the program. Don't waste your money. I'm doing a charge back.

Starting from the beginning
I joined WarriorBabes 10 1/2 weeks ago. My coach Lauren Bradley is wonderful! I was at a loss as to what to do after many years of yo-yo dieting. I am 61 years old and needed something I could do for the rest of my life that would work. This program is awesome. I have learned how to eat healthy, strength train (something I have never done before), and do 6,000 steps daily!! I have lost 10 lbs and 3 inches on my waist while increasing my macros (carbs from around 1200 to 1775) and I feel great! I couldn't have done it without WarriorBabes!

Coaches are AMAZING!
I joined WarriorBabe because once I stopped Zepbound I started to gain weight back, was hungry all the time & noticed I lost all my muscle. I never did free weights & it’s been years since I have been inside a gym. My coach, Dawn Mitchell has been phenomenal! So supportive & tweaked my workouts to meet my capabilities. I am 71 & have a ton of health issues to boot. Dawn has been so patient with me & always quickly responds to me when I reach out to her! I have been in the program 2 months now & am up to 5lb weights. But Dawn encourages progress albeit small strides.

Warrior Babes
The support received and education provided were top notch. Even during a very difficult and stressful time my coach walked with me and supported me through that process checking in on me and encouraging me to continue taking little steps. I have reached my goal, have arms and legs that do not look my age. So glad I did this and stuck to it. Worth it

Make the investment!
I've been a Warrior Babe for 14 months now and am so, so glad I made the investment in myself! The program focuses on all aspects of your life from sleep, nutrition, community support, activity, grace, and recovery. Having a coach (I have the best one, Claire!) keeps me accountable, no excuses! Make the investment!

I’m in year 3 as a Warrior Babe
I’m in year 3 as a Warrior Babe. I can’t say enough about what an incredible group this is! Coach KeriJ is fantastic! She knows each of our goals & challenges, and creates training programs that meet our needs. We meet twice a month for group training and encouragement. All the coaches are leaders in the fields of fitness, exercise physiology, women’s health, & nutrition. Monthly group meetings are informative and educational, while each coach can relate to members. Women of all ages are getting healthier, stronger, and more engaged in active lifestyles. I am 75, and while I don’t look 40, I’m in better condition than I was at 40. My intent is to live a longer & healthier life than my relatives did, and Warrior Babe is paving the way!
