Just remember you have a customer care person
Edited 9/6/26 I had an extremely positive first year with WB, then a not so positive experience in my second year. When I wrote the initial post, I had experienced some issues with the coach I was assigned. The customer service rep assigned to me (noted below), did reach out and we have resolved the issue, I was assigned a new coach and I can already tell the difference. My recommendations and advice to anyone considering: 1. never forget you have a customer service person assignee that you can speak with. 2. If you are like me, you may need a different coach. Sometimes the year one coach may not be the right fit for your goals the next year, and It is OK to speak up and say something.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that the second half of your experience didn't reflect the level of coaching and support you expected or deserved. We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience missed coaching, communication gaps, and feel like your concerns weren't being fully heard. That's not the experience we strive to provide. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we want you to know that Nicole from our Customer Success team will be reaching out to you today to learn more about your experience and see how we can make this right. Thank you again for your honesty and for being part of WarriorBabe. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we look forward to speaking with you.
