I invested in this program because I needed a change. And a push!
I invested in this program because I had gained weight when I hit perimenopause and couldn’t lose it. I’ve always been athletic and lean. Plus I was getting more overuse injuries and figured I needed a change. My biggest struggle was with food cravings. The program had me adjust my strength training from lighter weights two days a week to heavy weights 4-6 days a week and what a difference! I love how my trainer individualized my plan based on my goals, life schedule, injuries so had etc. The app made it so easy to follow each day and track progress. And my body shape changed. I’m more tone, better posture, my meno belly is flatter. And it gave me great insight into my calorie intake and where my difficulty in losing weight was coming from. And it got me to eat a lot more protein. I’ve cut down from the VIP program to the 360 because I don’t need as much individual time with my coach. It’s a big investment but I think prioritizing health is tantamount. Highly recommend this program!

Flexing in selfies at 56 years old
I’ve been in the WarriorBabe program for 8 months. My weight hasn’t changed but my mind and body has. I feel better at 56 than I ever have. I feel more confident in so many ways. My body composition has changed so my waist and hips and chest have lost inches but I’ve built muscle so my weight has not changed. I’ve been married for almost 32 years and I’ve been a mom for almost 27 so putting myself first hasn’t happened almost ever in my life. This program has totally flipped my excitement about life and the possibilities it holds. My coach is amazing and she looks at my mental health 1st and then we focus on my goals and my wins with my food choices and my workouts as well as my daily base activity which is walking. This program is worth every penny and it’s now really my lifestyle and not just a program I’m in. My stubborn belly fat is gone, my mind is healthy and my kids now ask me to flex! My youngest who is 22yo told me I looked jacked! 8 months ago I would have never labeled myself as strong and I would have laughed if you told me I’d be flexing in selfies on Fridays but that’s exactly where I am and what I do!

Your story is such a beautiful reminder that progress isn't just about the number on the scale. The confidence you've built, the inches you've lost, the muscle you've gained, and the healthier mindset you've developed are truly life-changing victories. Thank you for trusting your coach and the WarriorBabe process. It's an honor to be part of your journey, and we're so excited to see you continue thriving. Keep rocking those Friday flex selfies—they're well deserved! ✨

WarriorBabe experience
These first 131 days have been very encouraging, extremely educational and extremely different from my former lifestyle. If someone had told me you can eat like a horse and still lose weight I would’ve said, “Yeah right, I’ve been down too many of these roads to count, you’re full of it!” But in spite of my enormous skepticism I said, “What’s one more?” I first purchased just the portion of the WarriorBabe program to learn about macro’s. But after reading the information I knew I was in over my head. So I ended up joining VIP and was assigned a coach (Stacy Ward) who has truly been a gift from God! She did a thorough onboarding interview and answered all my questions and concerns. Then she built a nutrition and fitness plan to help me achieve my goals. I’m 65 and I want to lose down to 25% body fat (I started at 32+ %) and gain as much muscle as possible in the process. Not just for esthetics but for better mobility and strength as I age. At this point I’ve lost over 3.5% bf, and about 14.5 lbs. I have lost some lean mass in the process (about 5 lbs) but my strength is increasing and I expect overtime to regain and build more and more muscle mass. I’ve learned that’s a slow and tedious process! But I want to do this journey safely and successfully. I had been lifting weights for about 2.5 years before WarriorBabe so that wasn’t a hard transition. But I had pulled back on my training because it was making me so sore I could hardly do anything else. That was another reason I knew I needed professional help. Once I started properly fueling my body for the amount of stress I was putting on it, now I’m rarely sore. Maybe a little more when learning new exercises or increasing weights. The biggest changes for me was eating the proper nutrients, recording all my meals and snacks, lifting sessions and steps (steps are your cardio). But you’ll find it gets easier with practice. Another big change was keeping protein, fats and carbs prepared and available. I’ve always eaten on the fly. I make much better choices when things are prepped. There are still things I’m dailing in as I progress, like getting enough quality sleep, keeping a good variety of meals, traveling and staying true to my new lifestyle, and settling into the lifestyle with less and less effort. WarriorBabe’s isn’t just about fitness and nutrition, they work very hard to meet us where we are mentally and emotionally. They are real people who are living out what they’re teaching and coaching us to do. I highly recommend the program. It’s an investment into your health and wellbeing both financially and physically that will pay dividends your whole life!

Don’t do it!!!
I signed up for the program yesterday. During the implementation call with Mia I was told the program would be an additional couple of hundred dollars. I explained to her I was not planning on paying another dime other than the $52 I had paid for the program ($27 plus $25 for the cookbook) but agreed to do the assessment anyway since there was no obligation.
The first thing out of Ashtyn’s mouth during my assessment was that the program would be about $8000. I practically laughed and told her there was absolutely no way I would pay that. That is a far cry from a couple of hundred Mia had mentioned. That was the end of our call.
This company is taking advantage of us who are desperate due to the weight gain menopause causes by offering something they may or may not be able to deliver. If I’m going to pay that much you better be cooking and going to the gym with me.
Do yourself a favor, don’t sign up for their program. It’s not worth it!
A gym membership would cost you a fraction of the cost and there is more than enough free information on YouTube to help reach your goals. You just have to sift thru all the crap like this.
I am ready to take control of my situation and set up my own plan of action. All it takes is determination and self discipline. And yes, I agree macros and protein intake should be an important part of our diet.
I have to give them credit, the cookbook is not bad. But is it worth $25. That’s debatable.
Response from WarriorBabeJun 22, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your experience did not meet your expectations. The $27 purchase and cookbook are separate from our coaching program. The assessment call is designed to determine whether coaching is a good fit, and there is never any obligation to enroll. We regret any confusion regarding the investment discussed during your calls.
While our program isn't the right fit for everyone, WarriorBabe is built around personalized coaching, education, accountability, and support for women seeking guidance on their fitness and nutrition journey.
We appreciate your feedback and are glad you found value in the cookbook. We wish you all the best moving forward.

Worth every penny
If you are on the fence about this program, take the leap, it will change your life. The coaches and everyone I have had contact with are knowledgeable, professional and truly here to help you reach your goals. I am about to turn 53 years old and have been working this program for about 6 months and I have found my true lifestyle. I am eating more than I ever have, I am building muscle and changing my body composition; but one of the truly amazing things I have noticed is my energy and my sleep habits. I used to survive on 4-5 hours of sleep and now I am thriving on 7-8 hours. To me, this alone is worth every penny. If you are tired of trying every fad diet out there and starving yourself and not seeing any results, you owe it to yourself to try the Warrior Babe life!

This has been the best decision of my life! I was paired with a great coach who took this macro/weight lifting newbie and helped change the trajectory of her life. Best investment EVER!

My first year in WB
My biggest struggle in my fitness journey before coming to Warrior Babe was weight loss. I am a menopausal woman and one day I woke up and I had an extra 20 pounds on me from nowhere. I did have a personal trainer who I would lift with, but that did not do macros and such. So join joining the VIP program with Warrior Babe was really a huge plus for me because not only did I have the weightlifting portion of things but I also had someone to help me figure my macros as well as a huge community of women in the same position as I was where we could dialogue regarding foods and meal plans and meal prep amongst our ourselves in our group.
Warrior Babe helped me overcome my struggle with macros, but it’s still a struggle, with the help of my coach, Sara, She’s a wealth of knowledge. She has helped me figure out my macros, encouraged me to find things that work to meet my macros. She is your biggest cheerleader. But I will say meeting macro is still a struggle.
I’ve been in the program going into my second ear. I wasn’t going to sign up for a second year until I talked to my coach Sara, and when I brought up the fact that I was frustrated and not meeting my goals my first year and that I thought I was going to try something else. Her question to me was what are you gonna do different in a new program that you can’t do here? Are you going to count your macros more accurately? Are you going to start weighing your foods and documenting them? Are you going to work out harder and more consistently? And the answer to that was yes and really what would be the difference between staying with Warrior Babe and going to a new program and starting over and maybe not having the backing of a coach like Sara or someone to push you or your community of women who are also in the same place as you or are that supportive, and we all work together to create our best selves.
Before I joined Warrior Babe I worked with a coach, and my coach decided she wanted to move to Florida so I was in the process of looking for something different and Warrior Babe with Nikki giving her spiel about Warrior Babe kept popping up and I keep scrolling past and it would keep popping up and I kept scrolling past, and one day I went ahead and I listened to the video and I said it’s worth looking into. So I sent in my information. I got a call back almost immediately. I had an appointment set up with a counselor, and I decided that this would be a really good program to join because it checks all of the boxes that I was looking for.
For me, Warrior Babe has been great. And I say that only because it is what you make it. Your first year is really learning about yourself, creating a new lifestyle of eating, creating a consistency for working out learning how to eat properly weigh your foods document your foods and how to maintain that after Warrior Babe. So I do hear a lot of people get frustrated because they don’t meet their goals and my question to them is how much of that is on you. It’s not Warrior Babe. Your coach is doing exactly what she’s supposed to do. She’s increasing or decreasing your macros, depending on which stage of the game you’re in. She’s changing up your workouts to better meet you where you’re at, she is upfront and honest, and doesn’t sugarcoat things and tells you how she thinks you’re doing and where you need to be and where you’re failing. And sometimes that’s hard for people to hear. So although I didn’t meet my goals my first year I have learned a lot about myself. I have learned how I can push myself when I’m in the gym, I have learned that I need to do better with documenting my macros with weighing my foods and measuring my foods. Because that’s on me no one can take your hand and lead you to the kitchen and tell you, you have to do that, that’s on you.
My body composition has changed with the fact that I have gained a lot of muscle. I can see it. I can feel it, but my body composition itself in the areas in which I wanted to improve has not changed. And that has to do with me not measuring my foods, not weighing my foods and just eyeballing things and documenting it thinking I’d be OK. I’m not OK! I have to do those things in order to meet my goals. And people need to understand this is not a diet. This is something that you need to change your life if this is the way that you want to live. If you want to maintain a nice strong, healthy body, you have to put good wholesome foods in it.
I would say to people wanting to join or looking to join Warrior Babe to do it. I know it looks like a lot of money upfront, but when you look at the cost of a gym membership every month, a personal trainer, a personal chef to meal prep your meals based on your macros, you’re paying more for that than you would for Warrior Babe. Warrior Babe is one package wrapped up with a bow. I would say if you’re looking for a program, just do it, but be ready to put your all into it. You only get what you put in!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and being so honest about your journey. ❤️
Your story is also such an important reminder that this isn't a quick-fix diet. It's about learning the skills, habits, and mindset that support a strong, healthy body for life. The women who experience the greatest success are often the ones who stay committed to learning, adjusting, and improving rather than searching for the next program.
Congratulations on the muscle you've built, the strength you've gained, and the knowledge you've acquired over the past year. We can't wait to see what happens as you continue leaning into the process and putting those lessons into action.
Thank you for being such a valued part of this community and for encouraging other women who may be considering taking that first step. 💜💪
