Though initially put off by the process, I became favorably impressed in my dealings with Melissa. She stayed with the warranty dispute, advised me in dealing with the store manager and continued to follow up on my progress—till there was a satisfactory resolution. I had purchased a battery powered circular saw which had a 2 year warranty. It did not work & the store would neither accept it as a return nor refund my money. I persisted & eventually they exchanged the tool for a superior model with a 3 year warranty, gave me a new receipt and a gift card. It was win-win for me. I was pleased with the results and hope I also will be satisfied with this new tool purchase.

Melissa was extremely helpful, professional and I can tell, even through the Chat, that she was eager to help me resolve my issue. Even though my warranty with the company I purchased my washer from had expired, and after she gave me information on how to obtain my purchase receipt, she OFFERED (I didn't have to ask) to help me retrieve my purchase receipt. Process of filing the claim for my Ring Camera seemed tedious, but I must praise Melissa Clifford who relentlessly followed through. She responded quickly to all of questions and concerns, contacted Ring and resolved my issue. One thing though, I didn’t like dealing with Ring folks in Philippines. Not only I can hardly understand them, they were also very rude and unprofessional. Melissa in the other hand, was very courteous and is an outstanding customer service/claims agent and I appreciate her immensely
