Warranty life is not honoring their warranty! They are not responding to my emails and there is no way to call them on the telephone since they do not provide their telephone number. This is very frustrating. Meanwhile I am in limbo with a broken phone that was supposed to be under warranty. The vendor I purchased from has also commented about their unwillingness to honor the warranty they sell. AVOID. Warranty life will not respond if you make a claim and will try everything they can to avoid honoring their warranty. Not responsive at all. Bad bad business. Update: After posting this review they contacted me and accepted the warranty claim.

We have provided an approval number for you to get your phone repaired. Through our communication, we were able to honor your warranty. I am glad we were able to pay for your screen replacement.
