Scam, scam, scam. No other way to describe this company. Please don’t waste your money or time. I purchased the liquid glass not even 7 months ago and just cracked my screen on the 6th. I did everything asked to file a claim. Once filed, I got a generic email stating I did not send what they asked. Sent all the info once again and then received another generic email stating this time that I did not buy their product and I need to send my receipt, only to say at the end of the email that my case has been closed. This company is a straight scam, don’t waste your time and money.

Our company has strict registration and claim policies. We need information from our customer to look up their warranties to confirm that a valid claim is being made. If it is not our product, we can not cover the warranty for it.

Bought a liquid screen that cracked less than a year later. Contacted the company to get the warranty activated to get the screen fixed. They sent me a generic email saying they had received my claim and then never got back to me. I've sent all the information they've asked for and not one person has gotten back to me. Don't waste your time and money here.

Hello Yolande, we requested to see a picture of the broken screen on your phone. This is standard for us to verify that the phone is damaged before authorizing a repair. You did send a picture of a screen shot but not of the damaged screen.

I purchased the liquid screen saver for my iphone max plus. I followed all of the directions and submitted to the company exactly as requested. Part of the process includes taking a photo in a mirror of my entire screen to prove it's not cracked. Fast forward 6 mo later I dropped my phone and the screen cracked on the lower corner. First of all it's not supposed to crack at all right????? It fell out of my pocket when I was seated so the fall was rather short considering. Ah well I have the protection.......I submit the claim with the photo of my cracked screen and the company denies the claim because it says "Unfortunately, the picture you uploaded that was supposed to show that your screen was intact at registration only shows the upper portion of your screen. As such, Warranty Life has denied your claim." BS!!! I know I sent the entire screen because I remember thinking wow I wonder how many bathroom photos they get because not only could you see my ENTIRE screen but you could see my bathtub! Of course they don't include a copy of the actual photo that they say I sent was missing the top of the photo! There is no phone number to call to talk to anyone. I'm so mad I trusted this product!

Waste of money, don’t recommend getting them. They are so rude and unprofessional. I filed a claim for my laptop and they denied it because I didn’t know how it fell and wanted to write it off as mechanical issues. I went out of my way to a place that fixes computers to confirm that this isn’t a mechanical issue. They still denied me. Don’t waste your money on them, they will find all ways to avoid coming through on what you paid for. Very rude people and you can’t even get them on the phone. Wish I didn’t get it

This is a piece of crapt. Spent the money through my carrier. First time it dropped it cracked. Now they are saying I only registered my iPad. I down loaded the app on my phone and my iPad. Registered both. They are denying my claim on my phone. Such bull and the protection doesn’t even work. Total waste of money!! So disappointed!!

I purchased liquid screen protector for my phone from my carrier. They applied it. I downloaded the app & went through the testing. I thought I did everything to register for my warranty within days of purchasing. 3 months later, my screen is cracked & I find out that my warranty registration didn't go through. I have proof of purchase. I completed the tests & even have a screen shot of the completed tests. I have a screen shot of the app with my IMEI #. Warranty life says they won't honor the warranty. I thought I was registered through the app! You suck Warranty Life!
