No one likes cracking their phone screen. WarrantyLife made the process of getting my phone screen fixed as painless as possible. Their responses were quick and the customer service was professional and friendly. I am thankful for WarrantyLife!

Easiest claim process I have worked with and it was done in the shortest time possible. I would definitely recommend it. The only reason I give 4 out of 5 star is that they only reimburse after you have done the repair from your pocket and send them the receipt. Some people might not have enough money to repair themselves and wait for reimbursement. If they can fix that then it's definitely worth it.

Hello Shakib, as a Warranty Life customer, if you were able to go to a Warranty Life repair shop, you would not have had to pay out of pocket. You can use the (Find a repair location) on our website to find a repair partner close to you. Thank you for your honest feedback.

Overall, the warranty service was great. I was disappointed with the speed of repair but that was mostly due to me having a phone that is more rare (OnePlus 6). It took about 4 weeks from claim began to end so it wasn't terrible when considering about needing to purchase a new device. Also the distance of an authorized repair center was disappointing (had to drive 50 miles) but still happy to have a fixed device!
