I think this company is a scam! Still waiting for a reply!
My laptop has 3 USB ports and two of them no longer work. So I contacted Warranty Life and they were prompt with the instructions. Told me to find a repair shop of my choice, get it fixed and the company will reimburse me. So, I went to a shop to get a quote, turns out the whole motherboard needed to be replaced and would have costed 1100.00. Since that was a lot of money, I told Warranty Life about the situation and they said replacing two USB ports shouldn’t cost so much. So I explained to them that the repair shop says the entire motherboard needed to be replaced since the ports are part of the board. Warranty Life then told me they would find their own repair shop and we give me further instruction the next day. It’s been 8 days since and I haven’t heard a single word from them, even though I message them daily to try and get an update. Today, I even tried to call their number, but of course nobody answered. I’m starting to think this company is one big scam.

Hello Trevor, sorry for the delay and inconvenient. The customer service team will be reaching out with a solution shortly. Your case is a bit more challenging being a gaming laptop with motherboard issues. The team has found a shop to send it in.
