Filing a claim was easy. My claim was approved in one business day. I got my phone fixed and the money was reimbursed a few days later.

$69.99 for a scratch proof, water proof, all around protector of my phone from mostly me and they'll fix the most used part of the phone if it breaks for a year and you can search for authorized people nearest to you to fix locally, you'd be a fool not to get this if you just signed a contract for a phone.

Excellent service and SO easy to file a claim. I was nervous because sometimes companies go out of their way to make sure you can't cash in on your policy, but they approved me and helped me to get my screen fixed within hours!

I gave a 5 star review because from the moment my phone broke to having it fixed and back in my hands was minimal. I mean only a few days! The process was easy and almost effortless. The most important thing to me though was that they stood behind their claims of warranty. No problems getting my issue resolved and for that I thank you with 5 stars!
