Making contact with the company was initially a little confusing. After reporting my cracked screen saver I was able to drop my phone off for repairs the next day. I didn’t have to pay upfront or out of pocket at all. Overall a good experience with quick support!

I cracked my screen and as soon as I contacted warranty Life, they gave me the instructions I needed to take, and I followed them. They assured me they would refund me for fixing my screen and that’s exactly what they did. This process was quick and easy, I definitely would purchase with the company again and recommend them for future customers!

Quick responses, Efficient and helpful. Within three weeks of breaking my phone I had my refund. They prefer to do the refund via Paypal, which I don't use, so they sent a check in the mail, which was awesome.
