I have nothing but Great ups about Warranty life! 2nd time i have fixed My Phone, same phone broke the 1st time and bought it right back the second time. From Texas Broke in Chicago and still managed to get fixed BY AN AUTHORIZED Fixer upper guy! ...yes! is A hassle setting it up, but 10 to 15min of your time so in the future is A free Fixed screen to paying $200-$350+ on phone repair for being lazy, you choose.

I had a great experience from start to finish. It only took a few days and my phone was good as new. The only thing I had an issue with was no one ever told me what the price was going to be so I assumed it was all good. When I go to pick up my phone, the repair shop told me that the warranty company paid $200 and that I had to pay the tax on it. No one ever told me and so I wasn't too happy and so they company said they'd eat it since I wasn't informed. The other thing is they got my phone done within a few hours however the back of my phone is glass as well and was cracked so bad that I have pieces falling out. The manager told me that would happen and that I would have to pay to have it fixed. So, other then those issues, I was pretty happy.

Prompt responses, helpful information and successful fix for my phone. Some pixels died, took it to Apple store, payed out of pocket, then I got a reimbursement check in the mail much earlier than expected. 5 stars all the way
