Prompt and Courteous Help My issue was resolved after I had found the correct information that I already had in my possession. But the agent was very nice in making sure I had resolved my issue and did not need anything else since he had already made contact with me.

Even though they were the WRONG company for me, they still took their time to help me find the right company to register my product. I'd say that's a plus for customer service satisfaction!

Ok...so here is the thing....I contacted them with the wrong product to register and they helped me register the product. They didn't turn me away or send me to the correct website, just walked me through an issue they have been dealing with a lot lately. They were kind and understanding throughout the entire process. I will definitely look out for their products and have definitely become a customer

Awesome service and quick turnaround. My only issue was the lack of acceptable/authorized repair shops in my area.

I was nervous because some of the reviews were bad, but if you follow the process and download register the product, its a pretty easy process. I had cracked my iphone 8plus screen, I filed the claim, took a picture of the before and after repair and submitted my documents. The only thing was going to UBreakIfix. The instructions say that UBIF should sign in and confirm the reimbursement but they knew nothing about it. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY UPFRONT for the repair! KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS THAT SHOW ITS PAID BY YOU!! I completed my claim process in 4 days, don't delay. I got my refund about 7 business days later.
