I needed help registering my liquid screen saver and I was contacted by Mr Jay Lee that not only assisted me but went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He is the most definitely an asset to your business.

He did help me with registering and called me in a timely manner which helped because I just got this and wanted to be sure I registered it.

I found its best to communicate with this company via email, after my scooter repair was done all I had to do was email them my paid in full receipt and a few days later I received my check form them!!

Lucas explained the initial things to expect and then Stephanie oversaw my repayment. Honestly it was much faster then I expected and am really glad that I I spent the initial sum of like $70 for the coverage since it costs $200 to fix my iPhone X screen. There’s a $50 deductible which is understandable.

Jay was great to help me get things figured out after there was a glitch in the app I was trying to register with.

Pros: great customer service, was paid in a timely manner and given clear instructions on needed receipts/information. Cons: the website could be made easier to use. Extra: the site is legit. It looks like a lot of the customer complaints stemmed from not providing the proper information and blaming the company for this. It's literally 3 receipts and a few pictures.
