Jay was extremely helpful and patient in explaining how to register my Key product!

Bought the liquid screen protector and I have had no issues with screen cracks even though I have dropped it on pavement from my car roof more than once. I have used it with a hard case and it is much better than a separate glass screen I used before.

Had to make a claim, they were helpful and efficient. Got me taken care of and I didn’t have to pay out of pocket. Am buying again.

I worked with Jay to help register my cell phone product. He walked me through every step and app I needed to accomplish this. AND he did it with knowledge, patience, professionalism never becoming frustrated with me or the process; which took about 3 phone calls. I contacted warranty life to make a claim via email. I had to send them picture of my broken phone with the serial numbers. They approved my claim right away and I got it fixed at ubreakifix. I paid out off pocket, sent them a picture of my receipt and a picture of the repaired phone. They paid my via PayPal within 4 days. You do have to jump some hoops to make the claim but I would have paid over $300 to fix my galaxy note 8. Glad I bought this product, saved me a lot of money.
