Did not have a bad experience getting my claim. I appreciate having my claim waiting experience quite quick. I definitely trust this company and no company is perfect. I wish there was more repair stores close by in where I live.

A lot of back and forth in the beginning emailing in the beginning to get everything sorted so I could take the phone to get fixed. Also I had to pay out of pocket but was reimbursed. They refunded less than half of what I paid to get the screen replaced though. But they responded within 24 hours and were very helpful.

A lot of back and forth emails in the beginning but finally all was resolved and completed and refund sent to my PayPal. Whole process took about a week and a half.

Process started a little slower with alot of back and forth emails ur overall process took about 2 weeks from beginning to the deductible paid I to my PayPal. Which is pretty good by any insurance standards which can take 6 to 8 weeks!

My screen broke, but it was replaced and claimed through a local business IFone. They were great, got in touch with Warranty Life and got everything sorted on my behalf. I was not out of pocket, which was great!

Too many steps to register screen. Had 2 phones, one registered, one could not complete, went back to dealer (staymobile) who was EXCELLENT in getting us registered and the claim processed. The app crashed several times, very annoying! Follow process of others for register/claim. This is very difficult (crash!) To use. Maybe it's that way to minize claims!!!

Warranty life was very helpful in getting my phone repaired. They allow you to use other repair locations and reimburse you for the repair which helped me a lot. I would rate 5 stars but the only reason I didn't was the communication process. They use a zendesk service which requires you to communicate via email. However, they were very informative of their policy and do keep their promises. One thing I would recommend is for them to have a company number to call during the claim process. Other than that everything went smooth and my phone was repaired and I was reimbursed very quickly!
