I found this company and even though I was not with his company, he tried to help me and stayed on the phone as I tried again. Again the app didn't work and he sent me their contact info. I sent an email regarding my inability to register a product, within an hour i received a call from Jay. He was very understanding of my issues. He informed me that i had downloaded the wrong product, doing the call several times at least 3 i can recall my phone dropped the call, Jay promptly called back. Jay remained on the phone while i completed my product registration, i might add he was PATIENT because i experienced some issues on my end. When i finally completed the registration, Jay again nice and kind made sure all was ok, then dropped a bomb on me.... he told me he didn't work for the company but just wanted to help. You can't imagine how stocked i was, to find someone just willing to help... THANK YOU JAY FOR A JOB WELL DONE
