Took about a day to get the ball rolling. But once it got set in motion, everything happened quickly. They are not open on the weekend. Those are the only 2 things I would change if I could. They reimbursed me $250 as stated in the warranty plus $25 for the smart saver in the app. Very grateful for this service. Purchased again for my new screen as well.

I bought a 5-year full warranty for my power generator. It failed in the 3rd year completely and was unrepairable.
