Filed a claim for a cracked screen with warranty Life and surprisingly they did message back. It was a slow process since they only wrote back once a day even though I messaged them early morning. The hard part was finding an authorized repair shop since I didn't trust mailing the phone out. I ended up traveling 1hr 30mins to then back twice since I had to drop the phone then pick it up once it was fixed. Paid up front to have the screen ordered, and then followed up with the claim for a reimbursement, again one message per day. It took a week for the reimbursement to finally show up on my PayPal. Long story short it took a long process but in the end they did pull through with my case. Was it worth it? I guess since I did get my fix.

They did what they say would do for sure... just took them a couple reminders and a week later. But overall happy with experience.

Quick efficent

I had an issue with my claim and couldn't get ahold if anybody. It was proving to be a huge inconvenience. Once I got ahold of somebody they fixed the problem very fast and got my claim closed within an hour.

Very simple process always replied to any questions immediately and recieved reimbursement quickly. Definitely recommend.

They require a lot into registering your device when you first get it. Its tedious as heck and was annoying, but I understand why they do it....still annoyed. Im not going to lie, I didnt think I was going to get credited the money for breaking my screen, but I did. I followed the instructions and BAM! But here's why I wouldnt buy this again 1. When I purchased the screen protector at the phone store they told me I would be credited $250. So this may not be Warranty's fault but I bought this under false prentence. 2. Its too tedious to register your phone and then use it to make a claim. They should make the process faster and with less steps. 3. For all the work it took I would rather pay the dudictable from my insurance out of pocket then having to deal with Warranty. I called my phone insurance they asked a few questions, made a payment and BAM phone sent in the mail the next day. With Warranty I couldnt find a number to call, there were so many emails back in fourth. It took about a month from initiating my claim to receiving funds. 4. Finically + time invested = no really worth it. I just explained how much time this all took. Now I purchased the Warranty for about $66. My deductible is $295. Warranty credited me $200. So basically Warranty really gave me 200-66= $134 to fix my phone. Which means at the end of the day Im still paying $161 to fix my phone. I read some reviews and some ppls claims were denied. So your putting money on something you may not reap the benefits for, that takes forever to complete and saves you a little money. Now if they gave more money on a claim but kept the price to purchase the same and did this process in a timely manner I would get another screen protector. But for me all of this isnt worth a possible $134. IJS

After the frustration of dealing with screen protectors that fall off or get dirt underneath the edges, I decided to try out the titanium armor gel. With a 1 year guarantee, I figured there was nothing to lose. I had it installed at the Phone Hospital in June 2018 and the registration process was very simple, you just download an app and take pictures of the phone in a mirror. It lasted 9 months and then my screen cracked when my phone fell out of my back pocket onto concrete stairs. It happened on a Saturday night and I had approval for the repair by Monday. The process was very easy. I had to wait another 2 days for the phone place to order me a new screen, but it was replaced at no charge. I would definitely recommend the Titanium Armor, but the only downfall is that it is one and done. Once the screen cracks and is replaced, you have to buy the product again, so you don't really get an entire year out of it.

It was a long processs and I was questioned and denied of the warranty covarge but finally after calling a number I got through with a real person and shortly after was able to get my phone fixed and a full reimbursement.
