Both the warranty and repair of the phone under the warranty life program went very well. The repair shop was excellent as well as the correnspondence with warranty. I would highly recommend this product.

Even though, Jay Lee had really no obligation to help me since it wasn't WL's product, he helped me with my product perfectly. That's customer service. Give him a raise.

Jay Lee helped me resolve my problem immediately, also I liked the fact that he spelled things out for me phonetically. He saw by my email that I am a military member. I am glad this was able to be resolved.
