I contacted the company the wrong company but the service representative was still courteous enough to walk me through the correct app. He never got flustered or irritated with me although I am not the best with technology! I appreciated his customer service!

I received a call back within minutes from a rep named Jerry who walked me through everything. He was Amazing, the app is amazing, and the screen protector is out of this world!

Very efficient customer service rep patient , knowledgeable , and very polite I was at my wits end trying to figure out why I couldn’t register my device turns out I had been misinformed by the sprint rep But when I got the call from the warranty life support rep he went above all expectations to make sure I was fully registered and satisfied with my product before we hung up
